Operated under VINGROUP's One Mount Group, VinID was originally conceived as a loyalty program. 2018 marked the re-launch of VinID as a means to access the Vingroup ecosystem, providing fintech, loyalty and digital marketing services to more than 10 million users.

With a customer base of 10 million users as the largest loyalty program in Vietnam, VinID provides a unique opportunity to integrate access to the entire VINGROUP ecosystem, creating a lifestyle brand providing fully integrated fintech, loyalty and marketing services and integrated access to all VINGROUP consumer touchpoints, such as housing, automobile, retail, medical, education, transportation, leisure, entertainment, hospitality, travel and services.

 

Tomorrow+Partners was approached as brand partner to map out strategies for integration and develop the character and visual identity of VinID to experientially connect the user to the Vingroup lifestyle ecosystem through a series of digital tools and services, focused on customer behaviour and experience.
